Introduction
Members of the Sydney Cancer Advocacy Network often suggest ideas for new campaigns. So we came up with a process and template to help decide which campaigns were worth running.
The first step is for members to pitch their idea to the group. Members then vote on whether to give the campaign ‘in principle’ support. If granted, those who’ve proposed the campaign must then complete this template and present the findings to the group, including their recommended course of action. The group then decides whether to adopt the campaign. If so, the strategy development process begins.
This great template is one of a few for scoping or strategising your campaign, available on The Progress Network, including Reece Proudfoot’s Log Frame Matrix.
