Testing Change Project
The Testing Change project was a global project that operated for 10 years between 2014 and 2023. Its goal was to develop and test new ways of operating that could be used by any civil society organization looking at how to adapt their organizational operations to address significant external changes impacting them. Specific focus areas included youth engagement, changes in impact assessment and leadership approaches.
This collection documents the project’s history, methodology and learning. The learnings are shared with the intent of strengthening similar projects.
